The report councils actually accept

A lot of tree disputes and development applications stall on the same thing: a report that is not written by someone qualified enough for the council to accept it. In Queensland, the qualification that carries weight for consulting and reporting is AQF Level 5. That is the level the team at Brisbane Trees holds.

It means the report you get is not just an opinion. It is a properly reasoned assessment, written to the relevant Australian Standards, that a planner, a certifier or a court can rely on.

Reports we prepare

Written to the standards

Reports are prepared in line with AS 4970, Protection of Trees on Development Sites and AS 4373, Pruning of Amenity Trees, along with the relevant council requirements for Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan. If a report has to satisfy a development application, it is written to satisfy that application.
